You could either :
- Use your mailer. It appears to be a plentiful source of HTML :-/
- Use dialup_admin, which is included in the FR tarball...
As you're in Australia, you might also be interested in the interface
I've been developing for the last year. It's not quite ready for
packaging, but the RADIUS stuff is tight (it's already being used in a
proddy environment), and you might find it to be a good start for what
you're likely doing ;-)
