Any such docs would be distributed with the server.

Other radius servers are:
- free, and not as feature-rich as FreeRADIUS
(e.g. no EAP, which is required for LEAP)
- $$$, and therefore we don't talk about them, except to tell
people how to move over to FreeRADIUS.
