You've told the compiler to use /usr/local/bin/as|ld, yet in your
path, you have /usr/ccs/bin, so configure picks up the system as and ld.

The compiler is building objects for the gnu linker (ld) and assembler (as).

You need to re-install the compiler and *NOT* tell it to use the GNU
binutils, but rather the Solaris binutils that exist in /usr/ccs/bin.

Your compiler is broken and will need to be fixed before you can compile
FreeRADIUS, let alone much else.
