MySQL - need to change the authentication query

I have the following problem:
In my current radius system (cistron), some users can connect from 2 different NAS's, with diffenrent atributes for each NAS, and therefore have 2 entries in the users file with 2 different huntgroup names.
I would now like to migrate to FreeRadius, but the radcheck and radreply tables seems to be linked to one another only by username.

Anyone have any idea how to make freeradius associate the check attributes with reply attributes with an additional key other then the username?

I was thinking of adding a 'record' column to both radcheck and radreply tables, that will identify each record of the username, but for that, I need to change the query in sql.conf to take that identifier from the select it had performed on the radcheck table and use it in the select of the radreply table...

I hope I have made myself clear here, 'cuase reading what I have just written confused even me... ;)
