I may be wrong here, but I think you don�t need and you can�t load the dictionary into an SQL table. Since I guess this kinda of info is loaded into memory at start, keeping this on SQL doesn�t make much sense to me. Static files do this fine, unless, of course, you really have a need to keep all configurations in a single sql database.
