I used Netscape LDAP/radius for awhile and wasn't thrilled with it. It seemed kinda buggy, and was sorta bloated as if it had been written by MS! :)))
I presently used FR/MySql and it works great. I was able to easily build some C programs for MySql to support my RODOPI provisioning and billing system. Having said that, IMHO if you need to authenticate/authorize other things besides a radius server, LDAP is probably better supported. If you just need to do RADIUS AAA, and want a flexible platform for building web enabled apps, I would definitely lean towards MySql.
