Freeradius and portslave can be both on the same host (if this was
your question). I've tested them this way.
In freeradius you have enough documentation how to install and setup
it. For portslave there are some docs in distribution, but not of
high quality as with freeradius. But there is mailing list at:
https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/portslave-users
And the portslave can be downloaded from the same site.
