mysql radcheck field syntax

This is an easy one:
I want to add a user to mysql. Can someone tell me the right values for the attribute and op field?
I'm just trying to test to see if I can get something simple working.
Is this right:
Insert into radcheck (username,attribute,value,op) values ('doug','User-Password','testpass','==');
