I'm not sure that you can give it 2-3 > destination servers, but you should be able to relay 1->2, 2->3, 3->4
radrelay can only replicate to one destination server. You could output the logs to 3 separate 'combined detail files' and run three instances of radrelay on the primary accounting server though.
