if i am not mistaken it's impossible to do this. :(
you can authorize users but
radius can't send user home dir :(

You can get PAM to authenticate via Radius.

Why do you want radius to authenticate for sendmail? Sounds a bit
convoluted to me.

What problem are you actually trying to solve here?
