I had to change a couple of things port numbers, cp dictionaries, but other than that I'm running in debug mode now and watching.

until further notice.  when I started the "radiusd -X"  it started and
was ready for processing.  Then I ran "radtest test test localhost 0
testing123" and recieved this error:

radclient: dict_init: Couldn't open dictionary
"/usr/local/etc/raddb/dictionary": No such file or directory

No problem.  I looked for the dictionary file and it wasn't there.
hmmmm.... what do I put there?

$ ./radtest -d /usr/local/share/freeradius test test localhost 0 testing123

The dictionaries have moved, as /etc/raddb was getting too big (~30+
dictionaries)
