If you want your application to authenticate against Radius, then you just need it to respect the radius client specification in the RFCs, or find a radius client and borrow from it. e.g. you will open a socket to the radius server, send it a correctly formatted packet, wait for a response, and parse that response in your application. -- [--Partly Cloudy in Rabat, 18�C/64�F.
