Thanks for the answer, but could you give me a hint how to configure radius to
do this (I'm really a newbie)

in tacacs conf we had something like the following:

user = DEFAULT {
    service = auth-proxy
    {
     priv-lvl = 15
     proxyacl#1 = "permit ip any xxx.xxx.0.0 0.0.255.255"
    }
}
