I don't think that any access server can keep SessionID state between reboots or crashes Also keep in mind that you can have more than one access servers and one mysql database :-) So setting AcctSessionId to UNIQUE by default is not possible. There are really nice reasons to set AcctUniqueId to UNIQUE (like working well with accounting timeouts) but again i don't think that it is something we should put in by default.
