It will show an entry each time there is a failed login, but just leaves a '-' for the username. The only time it properly displays the login is when I try it from the 'check server' link and it tries to authenticate locally. I also get the "address is not in a.b.c.d form" error, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this problem or not.
