Yes, the CGI has been temporarily disabled.


It was being recursively walked by a spammerbot from .CN.  A robots.txt
was ignored, and >20 simultaneous connections trying to recursively walk
the CVSWeb CGI impacted the server to the point that I felt it best to
disable the CVSWeb CGI for the time being.

It will be re-enabled shortly, once I've added some type of rate-limiting
to prevent a runaway web crawler from killing the server.
