I'm using freeRADIUS and it's ok operating with static authentication information stored in files as well as MySQL. In order to be able to handle dynamic authentication info, I would like to execute an external program or communicate with an existing one.
I'm considering to use PAM or locally executed program authentication methods. What do you consider is the best alternative? Is it there any document that describes how the most recommended option is used with freeRADIUS?
