I was curious whether or not you guys are actually using the
autoincrement fields
in the tables for anything? Our database administrator was looking over
my shoulder while I
was working on this and suggested that in the radcheck table
it made alot more sense to use a combination of the Username and
Attribute fields as the primary
key rather than creating an autoincrement field to key off of. He
suggested using something similar
for the Username and Groupname fields in the usergroup table.
(actually his words were "Used improperly auto increment is a festering
boil on the ass of
database administration") he also mentioned that you should have to be
licensed in order
to be allowed to use autoincrement.
