Mind you, these answers are for "total accumulated time", not "simply cut off 
access after a given date" [which might be what you're really asking]  For 
something like that, an "external process" that runs at, say, midnight, could 
scan your database of users and remove/alter/disable anyone who has reached 
their expiration date.  You would have to decide whether or not the "slim 
chance" that someone logs on on their last day and "remains" on past midnight 
[i.e., never logs off] will be a problem or not -- this can be alleviated 
somewhat by placing an "idle-timeout" in the response strings [if your NAS 
supports it] or if "radkill" works for you, you can explicity kill any 
session that exists for which you've just "disabled" the account...
