From what I understand, "actively" killing a session isn't something radius 
does, however a radius server can tell the NAS what the time limit is 
[session timeout] and the NAS should shut down access at that point.  
Combined with a "counter" module, you can even set a periodic limit [i.e., 
one hour per day; 1045 hours per month, etc.]

included with the distribution should be a script called "radzap" which will 
remove a "rogue" entry from the "active" users file (radutmp); I thought it 
might also notify the NAS to attempt to discontinue the session, but closer 
reading of the man page doesn't show this as an option (there might be a 
"radkill" floating around somewhere...)  Either way, however, this would be 
done by an external program [such as a "cron" job that scans radwho output 
for sessions that have been "on too long"]
