I confirm the problem. My radiusd (latest snapshot) works fine until it got -HUP signal. After kill -HUP it works until first request or next -HUP signal. without rlm_perl all looks stable. linux 2.4.20-SMP, slackware 9.0. perl, v5.8.0 built for i386-linux.
