  No, you're right.  But that isn't much different than multiple
packet exchanges.  Just divide by N.

  I would suggest using xsupplicant as a start, and writing a
stand-alone command-line EAP client.

  That is, you're going to *have* to write an EAP client to do the
load testing, so you might as well write a generic one, and then use
that to do load testing.

I haven't taken a close look at xsupplicant, and I realize this is somewhat off topic, but do you happen to know off the top of your head whether xsupplicant can talk directly to FreeRADIUS as a UDP client without going through a NAS of some description?
