FreeRadius includes support for two popular ODBC implementations, iODBC and
unixODBC. And an mssql version of sql.conf. So you can save yourself some
coding that way. If you've got the headers for iODBC installed, the default
build should include it (rlm_sql_iodbc). If you wish to use unixODBC
(rlm_sql_unixodbc) instead, you'll have to enable experimental modules,
or add it to src/modules/rlm_sql/stable
