radacct failed permission denied

I have freeradius.0.8.1 authenticating users ( we just went live)with mysql radcheck is working OK but now my errors are : Wed Jul  2 17:01:43 2003 : Error: rlm_detail: Failed to create directory /var/log/radius/radacct/192.168.0.251: Permission denied Do I look to the radius config files or should I be looking at mysql permissions??? dot 251 is my patton ras dot 136 is my radius/mysql server
