what happens (what SHOULD happen) when the radius accounting server is unavailable? I know the rfc recomends the client to retransmit its accounting-request but does a failing acct server impact on the authentication server? In this case since the accounting server was down the authentication server would fail as well and no fallover was made to the other listed radius hosts,
