The server does not currently do PEAP or TTLS. As such, I'm not surprised that you can't get it to work. In fact, the design of the server (until today) made it nearly impossible to implement TTLS or PEAP without massive changes to the server core & the EAP module. As of now, I've made most of those changes, based on my understanding of the TTLS & PEAP documents. So the server still doesn't do TTLS or PEAP, but it's a lot closer. A number of other people have claimed to be working on TTLS & PEAP. So far, most don't answer email, and don't submit patches.
