if there is no match and ONLY 'users' is being used, then there will be a reject. but you have EAP enabled and being used...and a valid EAP is being sent...i guess, which means your connection is being okayed. remove EAP from the radius config and you'll see rejection as nothing matches in the non existant users file alan - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe?
