Not sure if this is what you're after - to route a subnet to a dialup user
send reply attributes to the NAS something like:
Framed-IP-Address = 2.2.2.2,
Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-Route = "1.1.1.0/24 2.2.2.2 1",
Framed-Routing = "Broadcast"
