In the VPN concentrator web interface, go to configuration, system,
servers, authentication.  Add the IP address and shared secret of your
radius server.

Go to user management, groups.  Then modify your group.  Look for the
IPsec tab and change the Authentication setting to RADIUS.

That should get your concentrator talking radius for authentication.
