(cd `dirname $foo`; pwd; autoconf2.13 -l ~/frcvs/tmep/radiusd/) ;done
This presumes you've got a binary autoconf2.13 (eg Debian). Modify
as appropriate. The path after -l is where your aclocal.m4 is, and
it should be run in your FreeRADIUS source root directory.
