At this mailing list there is a lot of discussion about VSA and Cisco
Devices. When I have understand everything right Cisco uses an VSA
calles cisco-avpair to transmit special information to clients.

The problem is we are not using Cisco (we are using Enterasys RoamAbout
R2). Is there a way to fin out which attributes the use or has someone
experience with it? The Hompage of Enterasys and also the Search Engines
where not able to find something.

If there are specific vendor attributes that FreeRADIUS is aware of, you will find a vendor specific dictionary, ala 'dictionary.cisco' for the cisco VSA's that are known.

If there isn't a vendor specific file for the system you are looking for
then FreeRADIUS is not aware of any VSA's for that vendor. If you can
locate a list of VSA's for a vendor not currently supported, please post
them to either this list ( or better, the -devel list ) and they will be
incorporated into the distribution.
