Please -- for one brief moment -- allow me to put on my "I'm being dense" helmet: Where would I find the documentation on attributes that are NOT sent as part of an access-request packet, i.e., "expiration"? [other shining examples would be things like login-time, but that is obliquely documented in the web FAQ pages]
The reason I ask is that this is (basically) one of the very first things I wanted to do, but wasn't sure how to go about it. This has lead to a grossly cobbled together mix of sql tables and external database manipulation routines designed to move the user's data out of the "radcheck" table once they've "expired" [and the further result was that it hasn't really worked correctly yet...] In reading the documentation-by-example-better-known-as-the-default.conf file, I saw no mention of attributes that are based on things OTHER than what might be reasonably expected to be in an access-request packet, so it never dawned on me that it just might be as simple as "expiration:=<when>" -- Yet another Blog: http://osnut.homelinux.net
