Whatever's been added to CVS head since the 0.9.0 release,
and whatever else goes into CVS head before the 1.0.0 release.
This second category _might_ include EAP-TTLS. Certainly the
EAP module's getting an overhaul and a half. Nothing else
revolutionary comes to mind, since it's only a month since
the last release, which had pretty much all the features
that were in CVS head at the time.
I'm producing an alternative Server-side IPPooling implementation,
which is needing testers. No guarantees that'll go into the
server, though. :-)
Is there a particular feature or features you're fishing for?
Or are you trying to build a comparative business case for
or against FreeRADIUS, but not getting the result you want? ;-)
