  Yes.  I've proxied LEAP requests to another server.  See
'raddb/radiusd.conf'.  It has explicit comments on proxying LEAP.

  I'm not sure how you'd solve this by proxying LEAP packets...

  FreeRADIUS does 99% of what those products do, at a significantly
lower price. :)
