Ok, well, I forgot to mention I also have Portmaster and a TNT that use
the Connect-Info field properly. I'd rather get the Total Control's
USR-Connect-Speed info put into the Connect-Info field. That's why I changed
the dictionary file - which didn't work anyway.

Don't edit the dictionary files. That's usually the absolute last
resort.

Edit the SQL queries:
... '%{Connect-Info:-%{USR-Connect-Speed}}' ...
