  FreeRADIUS can do more than any other free RADIUs server.
OpenRADIUS is arguable more flexible.  I have no idea why anyone would
use GNU Radius.

  If you want to build a secure wireless infrastructure, then
FreeRADIUS is your *only* choice.  No other free software RADIUS
server does EAP, much less EAP-TTLS or EAP-PEAP.

  FreeRADIUS is the oldest, largest, and has the most features of 3
projects you named.
