I tried PEAP on a Cisco 350 AP with windows XP.
Using freeradius-snapshot-20031022
It did not complete because of the following error.
rlm_eap: No such EAP type 25
rlm_eap: Failed in EAP select
Any ideas ?

Radiusd.conf has these lines, I also have ttls before peap.
