The main difficulty with having a web login page, and restricting net access, is that both things have nothing to do with RADIUS. If your NAS (i.e. AP) supports proxying & filtering, then you can set it up to proxy & filter, the way that you want. If the NAS doesn't support that, then you've got to do something else. An alternative is to put *another* router behind the NAS, which *does* support proxying & filtering. All of the access control can then be done by that router.
