You didn't tell us what you're trying to do, but since you said "supplicant" I'm going 
to assume you're talking about authenticating wireless users.

Once your auth process is done and whatever sort of eap session you're using is setup 
(PEAP/TTLS/LEAP/etc), they request an address from a DHCP server just like any other 
client on your network.  Radius just handles the AAA aspect.
