We're keeping passwords in OpenLDAP in ntPassword hashes. Currently only those of us working on and testing the system have the ntPassword attributes set correctly in OpenLDAP. The plan (which is maybe 80% done here) is to disable changing passwords in windows and have all our account functions (such as password changing) on our website.
