Hi Alan,
I edited line 57 and 58 of the Makefile and change to this:
pam_radius_auth.so: pam_radius_auth.o md5.o
ld -shared pam_radius_auth.o md5.o -lpam -lc -o pam_radius_auth.so
then recompile and now it's working...
