First of all, thank you for answering and sorry for the poor English
level.
My problem is that I want to connect the freeRadius server to a Cisco
Catalyst 3550 switch (like: workstation<------>switch<------>freeradius).
I know Cisco devices (over series 3000) support IEEE 802.1x authentication
standard with freeradius running under Windows , but doesn't work on
Linux stations . Is that right?
If it's right, I have to configure freeRadius 0.9.2 (in a Redhat 9.0) to
exchange of EAP frames and to do so . First of all I have to know where
does freeRadius source code reads the frame and unloads the packet .
(Till now I can't connect freeRadius to the switch to see what happens).
Another question; what is freeradius-snapshot?
