Thanks,this hint works. Finally I know how to distinguish these two class of accesses. Can I ask another question? - Acessing WiFi AP with EAP/TLS is OK, card gets IP address and computer is able to access network. But accessing WiFi AP with WEP key client successfuly authenticate itself to RADIUS, but it does not get an IP address. In fact I don't know whether the wifi link is even established ...
