Just documentation of how to do the reconnect, or also how to find out
when to do it? Can you give a pointer or a hint?

I haven't been able to find any relevant information about keep-alive or
ping or time-out.

I have especially not found any documentation of the Share Control
Headers of length 8000 that seems to be some kind of keep-alive ping
sent by some servers.

It seems like mstsc after 10 minutes of inactivity will send a
FASTPATH_INPUT_ACTION_FASTPATH resetting the keyboard and pointer state
- essentially a noop. I guess we could do the same. I'm not sure when
and why the server will respond to that.
