Never used the desktop in true 32 bit mode before.. saw the problem
when using -a 32. But only parts of the background when using Win 7 as
RDP Server.

Attached patch was created pretty quick after Mikes response about the
bg problem.I wanted to properly test it, and find better way then my
dirty hack before posting back, but no ideas has come to mind.

Maybe there is a better/quicker way to do the conversion earlier for
the cursor or in xf_color? but my understanding about the inner
workings of the code is limited to none.
