So it works fine when connecting to a terminal server farm (with 
redirection), but it fails when connecting to ordinary non-farm servers 
in the same domain? Do the farm connections succeed with TLS/NLA, or do 
they fall back to plain rdp mode?

Does it work with --no-tls --no-nla ?

Has it ever worked with TLS/NLA before? If so: Can you find out when it 
stopped working?
