I think that sounds great.
I'm always wary of any one company influence too much so as long as
there is several members of the alliance, it should work.
I would like to setup some payment system for people working on this
project and maybe even have some full time people working on the
project.

Thanks much for that we really needed NLA.  I tried to help Marc all I
could but he pretty much did it all.
