Hello there,

before going through the Microsoft Support Troubleshooting I wanted to
check if someone has seen anything like this. It's pretty hard to
reproduce that, since we tried our best to reproduce it before we rolled
out xfreerdp the second time, but failed to reproduce it, so we thought
we are safe. Then tomorrow morning, the customer called and reported
that both terminal servers crashed one after the other with the same
bluescreen and error codes we had after we rolled out xfreerdp for the
first time.

Of course, this may _NEVER_ happen, I know, because it really is a
problem of the terminal services software from Microsoft - it also
may never happen that when browsing to a website with a specific
webbrowser, that the server goes down; same situation here.

The real problem with debugging that is that I can't just let the
clients run with xfreerdp and wait for the terminal server to crash,
since everytime when that happens, they need to reboot their database
server too, run some scripts to recover the lost transactions, etc.

So all we can do is test it when they are not working.
What exactly is time travel tracer? Never heard of it...

One thing that came to my mind when reading the error reports: Do you
think it would help to disable encryption with the --no-tls option in
xfreerdp?

regards,
Alex
