Hello people,

This little message to announce I just released a C++ fork of xrdp called
ReDemPtion on github ( https://github.com/wallix/redemption ) . Summarily,
ReDemPtion aims at providing both a client and a server library for RDP (and
making both fully unit tested and compatible with each other). I guess I
should follow freeRDP protocol improvements and includes them to ReDemPtion
along the road.

Actually, in it's current state, what is published on github is probably not
usable by anyone (but me), because it lacks much documentation and was
written for a very specific purpose (to work with wallix authentifying
proxy). But I should improve that as fast as I can.

As there is many common code parts between rdesktop and xrdp, that's also
certainly true with ReDemPtion. It should not be hard to convert new
ReDemPtion code back to C, as I stick to a very simple flavor of C++ (merely
C with classes, not much funky templates or such)... and I'm willing to do
that for FreeRDP, as original author of ReDemPtion that should avoid licence
conflicts with FreeRDP, ReDemPtion being released under GPL.
