I added a couple of comments on github

two main questions:

1) "decode" is used to "decode" either no codec or RemoteFX. Are there any
other known codecs to be supported in the future, or this could named
"remotefx" and work out pretty much the same?

2) I'd like to extend libgdi such that it registers the ui_decode callback
and automagically use librfx without any UI-specific code needed. Many
something similar to CLRCONV could be made to replace the "rfx_context" into
something separately reusable by different UIs.
